I'm no expert, but they had a r/s in August 2014 (1:1000). There were 2 billion o/s which would of took it down to 2 million. Now it's 5.4 million o/s per scottrade in May 2015. A stock at this level with only 5.5 million o/s is amazing! If you follow the ask/bid during the day you see its only a couple million or so on the ask side. So to me, that seems realistic. They mentioned they are uplisting also. This IS the stock you are looking for if you buy down here. good luck to you! MDCE
