Amazing huh? Shouldn't a company be valued at several times annual sales? LOL

It's unfortunate w/ $20,000,000 annual sales that mkt cap $4,000,000 now.

Eddie's August PR claimed Phoenix has "$20 million in sales." Then Eddie's unaudited AURI financials claim less than $800k in revenue for 2014. Multiply that x 5 and you get a valuation of $4m. Imo the stock will soon be .0001 like all of those run by Vakser.

20 million in sales is unproven to date. Market cap doesn't mean much here and in fact the PPS is on the high side in my opinion.
With 3 million in liabilities, continuing net losses and only $8,400.00 in the bank this company isn't worth a plug nickel.
