The company did not issue 300 million shares at .0002. The note holders chose to convert, the conversions caused the price to drop, the notes may have been outstanding for months or years.. The shares may have been part of the OS or maybe not. Also 300 million in volume does not represent 300 million in conversions. It might represent 50 to 100 million in conversions. You do not seem to understand the process.
