Difference is that PP*H did not receive an FDA approval on anything. They are simply a development stage company that is in animal trials only, but they reported some success and the run-up was simply due to an analyst report that placed a $1.50 target price on them within a year or two. So we're comparing apples and oranges. A better, more accurate comparison would be with Rich Pharma.
