you know it does not bother them if they also support riots through Acorn with government funds. this country is messed up. the only chance we have is the judicial system, legislative and executive branch is too corrupt to function properly.
Tarp law does the same thing. This has been a crazy and brazenly unconstitutional trend in DC over the last maybe ten years; writing language into the text of legislation that says something along the lines of "this legislation can't be challenged in a court of law". Then if the bill passes and is signed, everyone involved think they have thus just magically circumvented the most basic and fundamental separation of powers that were set up by the constitution! Well the constitution itself says exactly the opposite: laws CAN be challenged in courts of law! Duh! But part of this systemically corrupted world of DC is unfortunately that not many officials seem to be bothered when such illegal language is inserted into legislation.
