Agreed. Restricted Shares to an individual are a pain to get rid of. I used ACAP- Financial who went through the now closed, under investigation Alpine Securities. Hey, but I'm out, so....
--- continuned - And if I didn't sell all Restricted Shares after all the hoops in 90days(? can't remember ) then the remainder became restricted again. Then start the process over.
