Toxic debt is on the CEO. Don't forget about that major problem.

Certainly a man of his credentials could do a better job of marketing the stock if he really wanted to.

And have they ever been independently verified?

On another note, as we approach yet another dreaded RS, I'm going to predict that somewhere down the line Quirk will be forced out by JC.

A few of us here remember Quirk's predecessor, Peter Helwig, who was very approachable and tried to get the fruit/nut bars marketed, even bringing in an Olympic Gold medalist to help with the PR campaign. But he got forced out.

Same thing here, as Quirk will be forced out at some point down the line and replaced with a new shiny EXCITING CEO!!
