INCORRECT AGAIN imo - I do not agree with your sentiment - you are looking at a statement in the tweet that says this in the tweet:

Just spoke w senior partner at our auditor. He assures me audit will be complete by months end!

it was never promised by INCC....if you read the tweet, the auditor has assured INCC that the audit will be COMPLETE by months end

the auditor ASSURED INCC that they would be done with the audit - but that is not a guarantee - NOR IS IT A PROMISE

and at no time - did INCC come out and say

INCC PROMISES the AUDIT complete....
