On February 26, the FDA sent seven threatening letters to seven CBD product-makers, telling them to stop making medical claims about CBD and their products’ ability to treat disease. The FDA considers CBD an “unapproved new drug” that’s being “misbranded” by the companies.

Some of these companies can’t even spell “cannabidiol” or “inflammation” right, the FDA notes, and all the ones notified appear to be violating the law by promising cures for cancer, autism, epilepsy, and other conditions.

IMO every investors should take note of this. Jerry has continued in his ads to point out RMH contains hemp. and all it cures. In every distributing agreement, there should be a clause all advertising must be preapproved by RMH counsel. so no false claims get posted.

1- The FDA head has been changed and I don't think she will follow the same steps as the previous one.
2- THCZ - Rocky Mountain High does not have CBS! Don't alarm people for nothing.
3- The letters your showing here belong to February, right on the time when THCZ stock was BOOMing.
