S-1 filing is pretty clear to me.... They need money to continue their business plan. Share price will decline as new shares hit the street. A few months ago DP made it clear not to judge the company now but to give it 2 to 3 yrs.... I plan to hold till 2020.....

I have to agree! This is the time DP needs to address Nevada and give definite timelines as to when and where things are at.
