Honestly, because nothing fundamentally has changed. The company is still in the same place it has been. Sure, it has moved programs along but that's it. No partnerships. No groundbreaking study. No real interest in what it is doing as of right now. But will that change once the RS happens? Will those institutions or entities that said they'd invest in AMBS actually do it? We'll see soon enough.
