The first thing I would think of if PPHM is sponsoring or "paying..." for some collaboration is that means they are not giving away the leverage when all those spectacular and astronomical combinations are found. Who will have the majority interest in such combinations? Who has the higher percentage of royalties/revenue...etc..etc ?
Maybe them sponsoring is simply PPHM supplying the Bavituximab or PS Targeting agent drugs....there must be a fleet of PS Targeting agents by now.
