How can you ignore the facts is laughable. You must have just crawled out of the primordial ooze that SIMMONDS dwells in. I assume you are yet another paid Shiller of all things SIMMONDS.

If this POS has any hope, the lawsuit needs to go, and old Johnny boy needs to file current financial and disclosure information. You probably don't care that ACSX's filing status is delinquent, like every other past SIMMONDS folly.......

The lawsuit won't go until SIMMONDS repays the cash he looted by artificially inflating Goudas inter company receivables, then writing checks to all these "sister" companies, most of which never closed, and therefore are not part of the ACSX debacle.

Hedge, good to hear from you again . What " public " company is it exactly that you would like to discuss ?

Here are a few that you may know . Wireless Age , New look , Gamecorp , Lumonal , Gate to Wire , the list goes on .

Why is it you think this will have a different outcome ?

I know you have been one of his pump junkies for years , I don't know what your deal is with him but I would ask for cash up front .They don't even have 12 bucks to keep the web site going . Go Daddy has it up for auction now . Not sure how you would discuss anything about a " public company" that is letting it's web site domain go ? Wonder why they would do that ?
