It was never said " They will be done in two weeks. " What was said is " the should be done in two weeks. "

The reason is unknown as to why the rush there is such a rush that they be done in 5 days and 18 hours. The sooner they are done the sooner Treaty hooks up with the a M M and are back on the good ol' OTC.
