I don't own any preferred shares but if I was the CEO and there is something really big in the works I would hold them for 2 reasons. 1 to protect the pps until the deal goes through and 2 to give the shareholders that have them a reward for buying there stock and having to deal with everything that has happened. After all, a successful company needs shareholders to grow.

Try not to take it personally Vulcan, the same group of people have been complaining for months. I believe in this company, always have, and I think everyone will be happy in the long run. Not everyone is cut out for long term holds. Pleas keep us posted with any informaion you can get, I for one, appreciate it.
