It can still start a climb up without any news, meaning no public news, but those in the know are aware positive things are happening and hence they start buying in. We can only hope, but the 41 mil infusion, plus the new infusion from Mansour I believe points to good things happening for ECIG, hence a climb in price can happen even without news, and then when the next Q comes out we will find out of all accomplishments of this quarter.
