Already decided issues

If she was the judge that made the decision, or issued the ruling, then it would most definitely make a judge angry. In the case I had to testify as a witness, I was told that in an earlier session, where the company lawyer kept bringing up the same issue over and over again in motions, the judge was clearly angry and even made a point of "that issued was not only ruled on a by court, by I issued that ruling".

I have also heard, through other people that I know, some higher level state judges in MA sometimes even called up a federal judge when one of their decision was overturned by a federal judge and would have a fit.

Has the Durward patent been discussed and dismissed as prior art previously?
