The same small team that was in the middle of the encapsol scam, the same small team that touted and manged the orus and that fiasco, the same small team that couldn't manage working with Mcghan, and couldn't manage Mea, the same small team that can't keep its word about aqueous, recycling, multiple sitez, etc. There is nothing for the same small team to manage, but the same small team, they have no resources!

They have managed the resources carefully over a long period of time. The business plan they have put together is well thought out and will serve the company's shareholders well as it is implemented.

Another conjecture based on fantasy. Do you call the $100,000 wasted on Aqueous managing resources carefully. Maybe if "carefully" means in such a way as to SCAM from the company without being caught (yet!)
Do you call spending the company's money on management perks instead of R&D a "careful business plan"? I guess it is if you like SCAMS!!!
