Amazing how an attorney can state OTC can rely upon the financials when no annual Statement of Cash Flows is included and the "annual" Balance Sheet is the balances for all quarters added together (can't make that up).

Maybe when your company is broke you have to find legal services that
are based on (per Bunkers website) --

(1) Flat-fee per project; or
(2) Subscription based fees that allow you to spread out your payments over a full year.
