Health Canada is currently working on 300 applications. Some of them completely built with staff that had to be laid off while waiting for final inspection and approval.

There has been no work done to the Cen site since last summer, per pictures on their own website. Health Canada knows this, as well as the zoning fail and utility deficiencies.

The JR will never get past the application stage, which bill and the pumpers hope lasts for months. If it ever proceeded, the charade would be done. They would have to show physical proof not manifestos.

You see the solar panels and the greenhouses on the property. Where did they get the money to do all that??? That might explain the debt. What do you think? Did you see the pictures massive improvements to the properties in question. Did you?
