The plain and simple fact was a couple of people tried to sell a a clean shell ticker in a reverse merger scam that happens all the time in the otc world, only this time shareholders stood in the way of another penny stock scam. If it wasn't for the ones who took action it would have happened, Jack, the schill Sean, and a couple others would have made money, the rest of us would have had what little value was left stolen.
This is what happens in the penny stock world, these guys were stopped from pulling their scam...so far.
Now they show up with new screen names acting like they have been here all along as "concerned shareholders"???
Hilarious!!
Their concern is they got hosed instead of hosing the shareholders...good luck guys.
