This company may be fighting legal issues on multiple fronts. That may explain the months of silence and the failure to meet the last two SEC filings. In any event, it doesn't look good at this point.
YA had their opportunity to square things back in March but apparently didn't. Am I positive you ask? Well, if YA had initiated any action it would have been released via a PR. I don't think SVFC would have any control over the release of that type of info. I'm just using common sense and nothing more. That leads me to believe YA is willing to wait because they must think SVFC is working on something worth waiting for. Again, just using common sense. All IMO.
