yes I know that is what it reports but you can't believe it. I read a boat load of the filings and yes its been awhile since...but I get the impression they have 10 billion authorized. To me in the case of this company the way shares are dumped and the way they finance I consider 10 billion same as outstanding.

But you don't know where the shares are coming from. Is it Steedly or toxic financing? Or both?
