XNRG is a dark filer for many reasons, and none of them are good.

The Section 3(a)(10) exemption was hijacked for folks to use for their personal enrichment at the continued expense of current shareholders and the public in general - And Jerry the accountant cannot even figure out how to classify future services as bona fide debts owed.

The trickster has run out of rabbits to pull out of his hat.

It is time for the truth, but Jerry is not in the business of telling the truth. Hence, he has chosen to go the route of dark filer.

Some claim CMR never promoted XNRG, they were not paid up front so no promotion occurred.

Pfft.

Getting UGLY with this hanging over the Company, now that they have the STOP SIGN attached on the OTC.

This category includes defunct companies that have ceased operations as well as 'dark' companies with questionable management and market disclosure practices. Publicly traded companies that are not willing to provide information to investors should be treated with suspicion and their securities should be considered highly risky.
