Very long process the way you talk about it...

Last week news was not directly from BAYP and was so insignificant that nothing happened except a big plunging of the PPS....

Better get used to it.
BAYP News with meat is extremely rare...
Never seen, only hyping which is very different than a meaty one...
Uplisting to OTCQB would be meaty but still a pretty long process...

Let's see next intelligent move from BAYP, if i can say so...

How does "millions raised" by JFK benefit BAYP? Through the JV? Seems to be an important narrative...

...only problem is some important details are lacking.

I know, I know....it will all be made clear at some point...:-D

Meanwhile...let's allow imaginations to run wild before the reality hits.

Auditing that cashflow statement must be a bitch. ;-)

The Beach Haven Oil Terminal is owned by Shainberg of JFK Petroleum. The oil terminal has a number of inspection and technical violations in regards to it's above ground storage tanks and systems. These violations are still current and have not yet been addressed. This site also has site-wide soil contamination that needs to be addressed and remediated according to my intel. In my opinion, Mr. Shainberg would like nothing better than to transfer those environmental remediation liabilities onto BAYP shareholders. Getting BAYP to do an acquisition of the Beach Haven Oil Terminal/JFK oil Terminal would screw everyone involved here. .
