If Bob was financing MMRF, why was he taking money from Gemini and not disclosing that fact to shareholders? Why did he not disclose to shareholders MMRF defaulted on the note? Why did the cash balance reach $0 on Mar 31? Why did MMRF not disclose the lawsuit on Feb 23?
