How can it be 2.2 bil? I thought the as was 2.0 bil so how could the as be higher?

YOU ARE INCORRECT...That is wrong...OS was the same in 10-Q released 5/15...that number was up 127 mill in a month since 4/12 and is now up +1400% since 5/15/14...sorry but that's just the numbers and that is dilution....the good news is they can't dilute any further as they are up against 2 bill share AS....hopefully they will not increase AS or do a RS because the stock would tank
