The grant was non dilutive, he said no more than that. The fact that they were able to get this Grant was great in itself, and believe me a lot of work goes into getting these grants.
Now if he had said something like with this grant we no longer need to go to the markets for financing in the near term, then that would be a problem, but he did not.
He made that statement to assure us of minimal dilutive financing and a positive direction. So investors,wouldn't assume the worst what they're thinking now. There's going to be little financing necessary after grant and I'm sure well see more help from institutiins . He's stated he is,avoiding dilution keeping to minimal we've got a huge grant trust him.
