They did raise $80 million!?!?

I can't believe that anyone would allow them to raise $80 million for another prospect. Whoever did that would have been better off going to buy it on their own instead of putting EOX in charge.

It assumes the offering price will be $6.79/share, post 1:20 reverse split.
