As I say, I think the only thing that would get Frasier's attention is a lawsuit.
Heck, the guy admitted siphoning funds from the public company to his LLC (or that is one interpretation). He signed off on incorrect financial statements. He pulled a bait and switch with the shareholder letter. And I know of a few other irregularities. There might be enough...
But while I will sign on, I am not going to lead the charge. I am simply not litigious. And I'm not entirely clear what is the best course. I am under no illusion that Frasier can step up to deal with his responsibilities as CEO. He is a clever programmer, but he simply isn't CEO material. So, we are looking at a hope that he sells or some sort of legal action.
