Well I would agree Text book example of a "Scam Company" doing "Toxic Financing" It is simply a vehicle for a few people to Siphon off vast amounts of $$$$$$$$$$$ for doing absolutely NOTHING!!!!! Glad I never got involved however so very entertaining to watch................
