The sentence below is from the most recent PR. Please note, when I say PR I mean an official "Press Release," not a "Public Response." The latter is es1's definition of PR.

"...the upcoming expansion of the Board of Directors of Nio-Star..."

So, as all can see, the new BoD will be for Nio-Star, not Sarissa. I encourage all here to read the PR's carefully, especially if they want to retain any credibility (or creditability).
