There are several versions of the CT and some like the iden version do not need a license from the federal goverment.

Now this board as been over and over and over this subject time and again.The specific prosec order is awaiting the export license that was filed on december 12 2005 so that the quantum sniffers could be exported along with the CT's.

Baddog,according to the HISS website Barry Bennett is working out of the Homeland Integrated Sec Sys new office in Washington DC. He is also 1 of the board members for HISS.Do you have something that proves the contrary??
