It seems that people don't pay attention to details. For example, it was recently disclosed that very high hydrogen production was achieved, with the addition of only a very tiny amount of supplemental electric current. (Also the production cost breakthrough.) What does this mean? Two things:
1. they are very close to producing the voltage required for very high hydrogen production.
2. even if that voltage is not achieved in by the particles themselves, only very low supplemental voltage would be required, perhaps by a small, traditional solar panel.
