No matter what someone thinks the value of the Dolomite is, CGRA can absolutely get a Technical Report giving us needed details about the deposit. That alone has value.

Whether or not someone thinks CGRA will benefit greatly from Wildfire growing in its facility, CGRA can take the steps needed to make it certain Wildfire and others can officially grow MJ at the facility.

Where or not someone thinks the oil from the Wyoming leases is significant or not, bringing them back online after winter shutdown is done and oil is pumping.
