It will be a very telling two months from June 17th - August 17th. Plenty of opportunities for things to happen from start of next scheduled court activity to required release date of Q2 financials. There are many things that could happen in that time frame, but two certainly that will.

Not to mention that a settlement could come at any time... If you've been in this long, another quarter (90 days) shouldn't be that much of a stretch to see how this plays out.
