#12767 RE: Gogreenbionator #12765

Let me re-state my question, I got a couple of great answers that are factually correct but not related to what I am trying to resolve:

Why does the 2014 annual report declare 406,633,517 shares outstanding on December 31, 2014 then in the quarterly report declare on December 31, 2014 425,966,850 shares outstanding? These are two mutually exclusive filings reporting the same period of time with substantially different values, a delta that in fact translates to an additional 5% dilution of the entire corporation. I thought perhaps warrants were the causal factor but December 31, 2014 is a financially closed period, you can't go back in time and re-state (can you?).
