Spoke w/Jim Zimbler at IENG yesterday. Jim said the holdup with the reports had to do with the auditor finding some bank loan information did not match up from one of the companies and that the bank promised it would be corrected by end of business yesterday. Jim said, assuming that happens, then the reports should be ready by end of week. Does that mean they will be released this week? I don't know. On the topic of acquisitions/merger, Jim indicated that was going to be the biggest news release soon but obviously was not able to say anything about it at this time (IENG has been reporting for a while now they were working on acquisitions). I don't think the PR will be done by Ryan. By whom, I don't know. Sounded like we will see reports and news in pretty close proximity. So, continue to be patient.
