Sister company -- VSTR -- which PVSP owns 40M shares in @ $0.025 is broke and can't file its 10-Q. Looks the same here.

In fact those 40M shares at market prices are worth about $200k today, and at Bid price worth about $100k.

PVSP already has a bloated share structure making it a prime candidate for a R/S:

O/S ~5B (estimate based on last published O/S + rate of dilution)
A/S ~9B
