But why has there been no word on it after 160 days when the FDA is pretty good on giving an answer 90 days or less? The only two possibilities is that the FDA didn't grant it or extended it pending more info requested of Amarantus. If the FDA had asked for more information, I would have thought Amarantus would update its patient and frustrated shareholders on it. The fact they haven't only leads me to believe the FDA denied the ODD. Hopefully I am wrong on this.
