I get it, thanks, a little depressing that they're basically getting nice raises for succeeding in driving the share price down. on the one hand, it's good to be able to reward good people but on the other hand, it seems a bit untethered from reality. maybe they should get bonuses after they deliver some sort of contract, not in anticipation of one.
