Odd you say that because every time I get on a commuter flight it is staff by Wisconsin Air or some other group and not Delta/AA/US Air, etc.

If they have pilots pulling 6 figure salaries while they wait to pass the mini vac test....the only certainty is massive dilution and the PPS plunging.
