I'm not sure I would find much value in talking to companies that don't even do a simple Dun & Bradstreet or similar credit check.

Every serious company conducts such a check for any appreciable purchase. If they really don't do any credit checks these clearly aren't serious companies.

Perhaps they're like Atlas mining and would actually lie about the purchase of a KDS and its alleged subsequent use.
