good luck for 2015……….all the stories here say it takes 6-18 months JUST to get a license…..

A State applcation hasn't even been made…………..UNLESS

Xena, good that you are completing your own DD. I suggest that you review several of the posts by AXE. A factual background of the current situation will provide you enough to make your decision about INCC.

Two approved growers with the necessary badges are waiting for county approval which is dependant on water approval from the state. The Huerfano water conservancy district which LaVita is a member submitted the application to the sate. La Vita is one of the INCC growers. CannaGrow is also on that same application for water and their conditional use permit is dependent on the same water approval.

Two other factors for increased PPS are also in play. The chill removal is pending the final submission from their attorneys and a possible acquisition of an existing licensed grow house that includes the highly prized MMIPS (medical mj infused product) license.

This is what I refer to as the TRIFECTA! Chill removal, new acquisition and water approval. Any one of the three will move this thinly traded stock very quickly.

WOW!!!!!! AMAZING INCC$$$ STRONG LONGS have continued to do NICE DD on INCC and I feel lucky that they have shared their DD with me here on the board.....I am excited to see as the STEPS have gotten unveiled...step by step....
