The Greater Cannabis Company ("GCC") was formed in 2014 to provide consumers, dispensaries and distributors with a one-stop shop for products dedicated to the cannabis industry.
GCC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sylios Corp, which trades on the OTC Markets under the symbol UNGS.
In August 2014, GCC entered into a U.S. based licensing agreement with Artemis Dispensing Technologies for the development and resell of its automated dispensing product.
GCC's immediate plan of use for this product is solely as a first tier cannabis dispensing product.
