There is no main or auxiliary to it.

there is still a fee of $500 just to attend.

Where they obtained the money by dumping shares to retail. Cause for celebration isn't it.

they will be in an environment where Bayport and the JV can be discussed with people that can matter.

No one will be interested in tossing free money to a scam company.
