Small floats are hard movers when volume increases. If buyers show up enmasse I think it will move up. The downside is that small sellls of stock can drop it faster than massive buying can make it climb. OTC low floats are always double edge swords.
The beat way to play this stock is to take profits when it climbs and hold onto cheap shares afterwrds. IMO
