With MLHC move in California last summer and the pounding by TCA, the 10k won't be attractive, but it will get them current and back to transparency for the future. This year without the toxic financier and with the additional revenue streams from multiple acquisitions and with the new location solidly running, there will be no place to move but forward and up.
