Clarification from the company today on the series H. You are mistaken in your math. Instead of chiding me on my math skills you should perhaps bone up on your reading.
326K issued, 11k sold therefore 315 K remain. The 1.6 million is the remainder of the authorized but has not been issued therefore it has not been converted. I will say the wording of the filing is confusing but nowhere in the filings does it say the remaining 1.6 million were authorized, sold and converted for 1.6 million dollars. You couldn't find that bit because it's not there.
11K series H sold first quarter. The number to watch is 315K. If that changes, they have sold more. Cheers.
