I have stated before I do not see it happening in the interview and I still do not see it happening. But the evaluating the stock structure could help with plans to move upward but as I have stated before 68% of the securities are not even trading 100K a day. CBQ is one of those.

Bad Market and to address something that in in an article I am not going to do especially speak for Bart about that article.

As far as which one heck it does not matter which one they can qualify for at the time of the application.
